TWO 10 x 14 cm (4" x 5.5") SHEETS Trim to desired size using clean scissors. Remove white backing from patch and apply exposed gel side directly to a problem area of the foot. the pink backing can be left on or removed as you prefer. Affix to skin with medical tape. Change Patch daily.
